The 2024 Spring Parade of Homes will be taking place in early May. Condos by EPIC will be taking part in this event hosted by the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley (formerly known as the Home Builders Association of Fargo-Moorhead). During this event, attendees can explore a variety of newly constructed homes across the Fargo-Moorhead metro area.
When and Where?
The 2024 Spring Parade of Homes is set to begin the first weekend of May, spanning from the 4th to the 6th. This event will run on both Saturday and Sunday, extending into Monday as well.
- May 4th: 12pm – 5pm
- May 5th: 12pm – 5pm
- May 6th: 3pm – 7pm
If you’re unable to make it to the opening weekend, don’t worry! You’ll have another chance to join the parade of fun during the second weekend of May, from May 11th to the 13th.

The Parade of Homes event features a scattered-site property tour, offering multiple locations to visit. It presents a diverse range of options catering to various market segments.
