Makt by EPIC will be the first completed building at EOLA Park in Fargo. EOLA is a master-planned, mixed-use development and future home to The Wave by EPIC, North Dakota’s largest indoor water park. Makt is the first building to come to life at EOLA, The Wave will follow in 2024, with public green space, a public parking ramp and an attached hotel.
Makt consists of two buildings, both seven stories. The farthest west buildings will feature commercial space and apartment units, while the northeast building will be home to two floors of commercial space and five floors of condos. This building will carry a simplistic, modern, sleek design, named after the Norwegian word “Makt” meaning power. Makt will have burgundy accent hues, and industrial and clean finishes.
