The Tracks is a master-planned, mixed-use development coming to Minot, North Dakota. The Tracks will consume 15 acres of land directly across the street from the new, multi-million-dollar, Trinity Hospital in Minot. This development will have seven total buildings, starting with Maverick and Sheridan, and an outdoor entertainment plaza for the public.
Sheridan will be a six-story tall building, with 20 condos on the fifth and sixth floors. These condos will have unique architecture, modern finishes, private balconies, and a strong western North Dakota theme.
