The Spirit condos in downtown Grand Forks are fully finished and prepared for occupancy. The Beacon encompasses three seven-story buildings showcasing commercial space, apartments, and condos. Located in historic downtown Grand Forks, Spirit at The Beacon brings a brand-new living experience to the community. Spirit houses 18 condos on floors six and seven.
